Susan Phillips is a Registered Aromatherapist, Reiki Master and Reflexologist. She has been practicing Reiki for 7 years and Aromatherapy and Reflexology for 6 years. Susan received a  Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management from Virginia Tech in 1990, had a career in sales and management in the hotel/restaurant industry for 15 years and is a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA).  An interest in alternative healthcare developed after a terminal illness was diagnosed in her family. She  is a graduate of the West Coast Institute of Aromatherapy,  Mystic Arts Institute,  a certified reiki master/teacher in Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki  and is currently a candidate for certification as a  Holistic Health Practitioner, Nutritional Consultant and Master Herbalist with the Global College of Natural Medicine.
 
She is a member of  National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy (NAHA), Alliance of International Aromatherapists (AIA) and Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP). 
 
Susan's reseach paper titled Aromatherapy and Cancer was  published in the 2008 Spring newsletter  for the British Columbia Association for Practicing Aromatherapists (BCAPA). More recently Susan has been published in Natural Awakenings Magazine Richmond edition writing for the Herbal Sage column.
